			Shipping within Florida Not in Florida Pick up at studio? Class or Workshop?

Sales tax of 7.5% will be added for all orders shipped to Florida address and being picked up at the studio or Tallahassee YMCA classes.

Shipping is charged on all orders except those being picked up at the studio or at the YMCA classes in Tallahassee. Shipping charges are displayed below. Selecting the Add Shipping/Order button will list options for on line payment, fax and mailing.

No sales tax is charged on classes or workshop registrations.

Shipping Charges:
$1.00 - $19.99 = $4.95
$20.00 - $39.99 = $5.95
$40.00 - $59.99 = $6.95
$60.00 - $79.99 = $7.95
$80.00 - $99.99 = $8.95
$100.00 & up = $10.95 or 4%,
which ever is the larger amount

We usually ship within two days for in stock items. If we don't have it, we will let you know as we check your order. Custom work can take 2 weeks OR more if it is a a specialty item. We will let you know when and how we shipped your order.

If you are picking up the order at the studio, please call ahead of time to insure that someone is there. We can also bring items to the YMCA classes on North Monroe or Apalachee Parkway.

All orders to be shipped will go through USPS unless you specify another service. Most packages go either US Priority or Global Priority. The exceptions are larger boxes. If you want a different delivery service, please note that in the item description.

Rush orders can speed up delivery but they will cost more.

Orders shipped outside of U.S., 60% of regular shipping costs listed above, will be added.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - Call first for authorization and the correct addresss to mail back merchandise. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Return within 30 days. Shipping and handling are not refundable!
