Mau’oli’oli: - means ever joyous! A dance group devoted to serious fun and entertainment and with education an integral part of our existence.
Our costuming and our repertoire are varied. In one show we may wear satin dresses,
grass skirts, sarongs and of course, pau. We match the costume to the era that the
music and song come from. Our current repertoire includes auwana (modern) Ku'u Lei Holku, Ka Ulu Wehi O Ke Kai
and chant in Kahiko style Kilauea with oli, ka'i, mele, and ho'i.
We also include hapa houli favorites like
Pearly Shells, and seasonal songs Hawaiian Santa, Winter WonderLand
and Kani Kani Pele (Jingle Bells).
