Our Regular Classes

Classes will be starting after Labor Day at the studio!!

We provide classes in Middle Eastern Bellydance, Hawaiian, and Flamenco

We have classes and private lessons available at our studio just off of Crawfordville Highway. We also have a fully stocked costuming boutique.

Other classs locations include Hula Beginning Level class at the Tallahassee Northwest YMCA and Flamenco classes at The Farm.

Nancy Redig and In Step Studio are members of the Florida Dance Association, FSU Friends of Dance and Tallahassee Council on Art and Culture.

Our Beginning Hula Class is an ongoing class at the Northwest Branch of the Tallahassee YMCA . Beginning level Hula YMCA classes are held Thursday nights on Aerobics floors with dynamic sound systems and mirrored walls. If you are a Y member, going to the classes there costs you nothing - it is part of your membership. There is no break in classes at the Y; this class will continue to meet . If you are not member, the cost for classes is the same as the YMCA daily guest fee. Please call (850) 421-5151 for more information on any of our programs.

In Step Studio has mirrors along one wall and the floor is a true floating floor with mulitple foam layers under 2 layers of plywood and capped with a nearly indestructible dance floor covering. The studio has a great sound system and lots of sunlight.



Our Entertainers:

The studio is home to Troupe Arabesque, a Middle Eastern Dance troupe and The Mau'oli'oli Dancers , a Polynesian dance troupe. Both of these troupes are available as professional entertainers for family friendly private parties and public performances. Zayna in mocha colored dress

Having a birthday party for a someone special or need special entertainers for fund raising?
We have performers for a children’s and adult’s parties, to dance and to teach a simple dances. We specialize in family entertainment for all ages.



Halimeda's Oasis Wood inlay on great sounding tabla Costuming for Middle Eastern (Belly dance)& Polynesian dancing. We also have drums, music, and dance props for Middle Eastern dance. Custom sewing is available for a variety of dance styles and we accept consignments (used but still look great) from dancers around the country on a regular basis.
